摘 要:目的分析医院药房管理中存在问题,并制定改进措施。方法收集分析历年来我院药房发生的不良事件,分析存在问题,并制定改进措施,抽取改进前后服务患者各2000例,比较改进前后医院药房管理情况。结果改进后患者投诉率为0.2%,退药率为1.8%,处方调配差错率为1.1%,均明显低于改进前,比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论加强医院药房管理可明显提升药学服务质量。Objective To analyze the problems in the management of hospital pharmacy and to develop improvement measures.Methods The analysis of the adverse events occurred in our hospital pharmacy over the years,analysis of the existing problems,and the development of improved measures to improve the service before and after the 2000 cases,compared to improve the management of hospital pharmacy before and after.Results The rate of complaint was 0.2%,the rate of withdrawal was 1.8%and the rate of prescription was 1.1%,which was significantly lower than that before improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the management of hospital pharmacy can obviously improve the quality of pharmacy service.
