摘  要:目的以苍耳叶为对象,采用超临界CO_2萃取技术进行挥发油提取工艺条件优化研究。方法通过考查萃取时间、萃取温度、萃取压力、粉碎目数单因素条件,以挥发油萃取率为指标,设计正交试验确定提取条件。结果试验结果表明,苍耳叶超临界CO_2流体萃取最佳工艺条件为:萃取时间90 min,萃取温度35℃,萃取压力28MPa,此时挥发油有最大提取率,最高可达4.56%。结论超临界提取方法更加高效,产物避免了有机溶剂残留和高温的不良影响,品质更佳,可为相关下游技术的使用提供优质材料。Objective This research introduced the optimal case of volatile oil which obtained from Xanthium leaves by Supercritical carbon dioxide.Methods Extraction time,temperature,pressure and particle size of raw material were taken as single factor experiments to maximize the extraction of volatile oil.Results Then orthogonal test was designed based on the results of single factor experiments.The results showed that the extraction of volatile oil from Xanthium leaves could reach up to 4.56%by using extraction technology as followed:pressure 28 MPa,temperature 35℃and time 90 min.Conclusion The supercritical extraction method is more efficient.The product avoids the adverse effects of organic solvent residues and high temperature,and has better quality.It can provide high quality materials for the use of related downstream technologies.
