二陈汤合小柴胡汤治疗美尼尔病痰浊中阻型32例疗效对比观察

摘　　要：目的对二陈汤合小柴胡汤治疗美尼尔病痰浊中阻型的疗效进行分析探讨。方法将2014年1月至2016年12月由笔者所治疗的64例美尼尔病痰浊中阻型患者随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组32例患者行常规治疗,观察组32例患者采用二陈汤合小柴胡汤治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的81.25%(P<0.05)。结论美尼尔病痰浊中阻型患者采用二陈汤合小柴胡汤治疗可有效缓解患者眩晕等临床症状,提高治疗效果,值得临床应用推广。Objective The effect of Erchen Decoction and Xiaochaihu Decoction on the treatment of Mudner's disease phlegm and middle resistance type was analyzed.Methods From January 2014 to December 2016,64 patients with turbidity and middle dysfunction of Ménière were randomly divided into observation group and control group,32 patients in the control group underwent routine treatment,and 32 patients in observation group.The treatment effect of the two groups of patients was compared with Erchen Decoction and Xiaochaihu Decoction.Results The effective rate in the observation group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(81.25%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with Meniere's disease,phlegm,and middleresistance patients,can be treated with Erchen Decoction and Xiaochaihu Decoction,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms such as dizziness and improve the treatment effect.It is worthy of clinical application.
