复合外科护理干预胃癌术后患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复合外科护理干预行胃癌手术患者的临床效果。方法选取自2016年1月至2017年1月在大连大学附属新华医院接受胃部手术的患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例,采用常规护理方法,试验组30例,在对照组基础上应用复合外科护理干预方案,观察两组患者治疗前后的胃瘫发生率及护理满意度。结果试验组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。胃瘫发生率试验组少于对照组,但差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复合外科护理干预可增强医患沟通程度,降低临床治疗及护理过程中的矛盾及困难,减轻患者及家属对治疗疑虑,增强治疗信心及依从性,缓解患者紧张、焦虑情绪,为预后康复及临床效果奠定基础。Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention in patients with composite pre surgery for gastric cancer.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,60 cases underwent gastric surgery in our hospital department of general surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in the control group received routine nursing care,experimental group of 30 patients in the control group based on the application of composite nursing intervention,observe two groups of patients before and after treatment of gastroparesis rate and nursing satisfaction.Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of gastroparesis was less in the experimental group than in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound nursing intervention is safe and effective for gastric operation,so it is worth popularizing.
