滋肾养胎方治疗先兆流产40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨先兆流产患者接受滋肾养胎方治疗的临床疗效。方法 80例先兆流产患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组使用常规药物治疗,观察组利用常规药物+滋肾养胎方治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.5%明显高于对照组的82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋肾养胎方治疗先兆流产效果显著,能够减少阴道出血,可临床采纳和推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zishen Yangtai Recipe for the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods A total of 80 patients with threatened abortion were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with conventional drugs plus Zishen Yangtai Recipe,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%,which was significantly higher than 82.5%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Zishen Yangtai Recipe for the treatment of threatened abortion is effective,can reduce vaginal bleeding,which can be adopted and popularized in clinical practice.
