优质护理对PICC置管肿瘤患者依从性与负性情绪研究

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理对外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管肿瘤患者的依从性和负性情绪影响。方法 80例术后需PICC置管的肿瘤患者,按住院单双号分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施优质护理,比较两组的护理依从性评分和负性情绪评分。结果护理前,两组患者的依从性评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的依从性评分为(31.45±6.53)分,高于对照组的(26.13±8.14)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的焦虑、强迫、抑郁、偏执、精神、恐怖、敏感、敌对、躯体化等负性情绪评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对PICC置管肿瘤患者实施优质护理,患者依从性高,负性情绪低,值得广泛临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing on the compliance and negative emotion for tumour patients with PICC catheterization.Methods A total of 80 tumor patients who required PICC catheterization after surgery were divided into control group and observation group according to single and double number of admission,40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was given high quality nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.The scores of nursing compliance and negative emotion between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the nursing compliance score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the nursing compliance score of the observation group was(31.45±6.53)scores,which was significantly lower than(26.13±8.14)scores of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety,compulsion,depression,paranoia,mental,phobia,sensitivity,hostility and somatization in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing for patients with PICC catheterization,patients with high compliance and low negative emotions,is worthy of extensive clinical promotion.
