摘　　要：目的探究护理干预对移植脐带黏膜修补鼻中隔穿孔患者恢复效果的影响。方法 210例移植脐带黏膜修补鼻中隔穿孔患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组105例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上采用护理干预。对比两组手术指标及并发症发生情况。结果术后随访1年,观察组患者并发症发生率1.90%明显低于对照组的12.38%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的手术时间、修补穿孔直径、修补成功率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用护理干预的方法能够显著促进移植脐带黏膜修补鼻中隔穿孔患者的术后恢复,减少并发症的发生,值得临床上推广。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on recovery of patients with nasal septal perforation after transplantation of umbilical cord mucosa.Methods A total of 210 patients with nasal septal perforation repaired by transplantation of umbilical cord mucosa were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,105 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing,while patients in the observation group were given nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The operative indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Follow-up of 1 year after surgery,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.90%,which was significantly lower than 12.38%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the operative time,perforated diameter of repair and repair success rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The method of nursing intervention can significantly promote postoperative recovery of patients with nasal septal perforation after transplantation of umbilical cord mucosa,and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
