摘　　要：萝藦科植物被用于治疗肿瘤疾病而具有很高的药用价值。作为萝藦科植物的典型成分,C21甾体化合物具有多种结构和药理活性。本文综述基于近5年发表的报告,总结了萝藦科植物C21甾体类成分的抗肿瘤活性研究进展。Asclepiadaceae plants with high medicinal value are used in the treatment of various tumors.C21 steroids,as the typical constituents of Asclepiadaceae,possess a variety of structures and pharmacological activities.This review summarizes the comprehensive information on antitumor activity of C21 steroid constituents from Asclepiadaceae plants,based on reports published in the last 5 years.
