摘  要:针对移动机械用高压轴向柱塞泵轻量化的要求,通过壳体采用高强度轻质铝合金材料ZL205A的方法对柱塞泵进行了轻量化设计。利用ANSYS软件对新材料柱塞泵壳体进行了受力及结构应力分析。对该壳体进行耐压试验、整泵台架试验及厂外装机试验,试验表明采用ZL205A铝合金材料的壳体完全可以满足强度、刚度要求,且整泵质量减小了20%,达到了轻量化要求。In order to reduce the weight of high-pressure axial piston pumps used in mobile machinery,lightweight high-strength lightweight aluminum alloy material ZL205A has been used to design lightweight piston pumps.ANSYS software was used to analyze the stress and structural stress of the new material piston pump housing.The housing was subjected to pressure test,bench test and external installation test.The test showed that the housing of ZL205A aluminum alloy material can fully meet the requirements of strength and rigidity,and the quality of the entire pump was reduced by 20%.Lightweight requirements.
