摘  要:传统的软开关电路能较好地解决Boost有源功率因数校正(APFC)电路中开关管开通与关断时所引起的损耗高、升压二极管关断时反向恢复引起的尖峰电流冲击大的问题;但随之出现的是升压二极管在关断后要承受2倍于输出电压的反向峰值,并且软开关电路元器件应力也较大。提出一种适用于Boost升压电路的无源无损软开关电路,在理论分析软开关电路工作过程的基础上进行仿真实验。结果证明开关管实现了零电流开通和零电压关断所有二极管软开关,并且电路中所有元器件的电压电流应力小,提高了电路的工作效率。The traditional soft.switching circuit can resolve the problems of the high loss at the moment of switch-on and switch-off of the switch tube in the Boost active power factor correction(APFC)circuit,and the large impact of the peak current caused by the reverse recovery at the moment of switch-off of the booster diode.However,the booster diode has to bear a reverse peak being twice of the output voltage at the moment of its switch-off,and the component stress of the soft.switching circuit is relatively large.Therefore,a passive lossless soft-switching circuit suitable for the Boost booster circuit is proposed.On the basis of theoretical analysis of the working process of the soft-switching circuit,a simulation experiment was carried out.The results show that the switch tube can realize zero-current turn-on and zero-voltage turn-off of all diodes′soft-switching,and the small voltage and current stresses of all the components in the circuit,which can improve the working efficiency of the circuit.
