摘 要:近年来随着中国建筑业市场的迅猛发展,建筑结构构造也由单一性简单性逐渐转变成多元性和复杂性,传统意义上的工程应用软件已经无法满足现代施工的需要,将依托于计算机催生的BIM技术与工程项目的有效结合会为项目各参与方提供详细直观的项目信息,比如在图纸会审、辅助深化设计、总平面规划管理、和编制专项方案等过程中都发挥着积极的作用,便于项目各参与方对工程各个环节及时进行补充和修改,从而达到为项目建设增值的目的。In recent years,with the rapid development of China's construction market,building structure has gradually changed from single simplicity to diversity and complexity.the traditional sense of the engineering application software has been unable to meet the needs of modern construction,will rely on computers birthed BIM technology and the effective combination of the project for the various project participants provide detailed intuitive project information,for example,they will play an active role in the process of drawing review,auxiliary deepening design,master plan management,and preparation of special projects.It is convenient for all participants of the project to timely supplement and modify all aspects of the project so as to achieve the purpose of adding value to the project construction.
