城市居民生活垃圾分类行为研究——以北京市为例

摘　　要：在以往文献的基础上,基于计划行为理论构建概念模型,探索影响城市居民垃圾分类行为的心理因素。以北京市居民为调查对象,通过问卷收集数据,应用结构方程模型对研究假设进行检验。研究发现,垃圾分类态度、主观规范和感知行为控制对垃圾分类意愿有显著的正向影响;垃圾分类意愿与感知行为控制对垃圾分类行为有直接的正向影响。进一步分析发现,较难的垃圾分类行为存在态度—行为差异。最后对促进城市居民的垃圾分类行为提出策略建议。On the basis of the previous literature,the conceptual model is constructed based on the theory of planned behavior to explore the psychological factors influencing the waste classification behavior of urban residents.Taking Beijing residents as the survey objects,data are collected through questionnaires and the research hypotheses are tested by structural equation model.The research results show that the attitudes,subjective norms and perceived behavior control of waste classification have significant positive effects on the intentions of waste classification.Waste classification intentions and perceived behavior control have direct positive effects on waste classification behavior.Further analysis shows that there are attitudes-behavior gaps in difficult waste classification behavior.Finally,according to the research findings,the paper puts forward suggestions to promote the waste classification behavior of urban residents.
