摘 要:本文针对单电平逆变器输出电压总谐波失真大的问题,提出一种新颖的七电平逆变器拓扑结构。通过控制Mosfet的开关完成调节母线电压的功能,实现了七电平单相逆变器。相比于传统的七电平逆变器本拓扑使用较少的开关管,并减小部分开关器件的电压应力有效降低了开关损耗,提高了系统的稳定性。同时本系统电压增益可达到3~30倍宽范围稳定增益,尤其适用于低输入电压下的逆变器。最终本文通过PSIM搭建仿真电路验证了系统的可行性。The paper focus on the problem of higher THD of inverter,a novel seven level single-phase inverter topology was proposed.A seven-level inverter was realized based on adjusting the DC bus voltage which is controlled by switch the Mosfets.Compared with the traditional seven-level inverter,the topology used fewer switched and reduces the voltage stress of some of switches to xx switching loss and improve the stability of the system effectively,meanwhile the wide range of voltage gain of the system can higher up to 3~30 times of input DC voltage,it's especially use for inverter with lower DC input.Finally,the paper validates the feasibility of the system by simulation mode of PSIM.
