摘  要:智能变电站的防误闭锁系统与常规变电站基本架构差异很大,目前电力运行部门关于智能变电站防误闭锁系统认知、验收、运行管理等方面的经验仍十分匮乏。结合参与济南地区首个全部投入三层闭锁系统的智能变电站验收实践,本文对智能变电站防误闭锁系统的三层架构进行了深入分析,并重点阐述了间隔层防误闭锁的实现原理、特点及主要优势,提出了智能变电站防误闭锁系统验收的"六步法",最后总结了智能变电站防误闭锁系统的运维要点,希望为同行提供有益参考。The mal-operation blocking system of smart substation is highly different from that of the conventional substation.The understanding of,test methods for,and operational management experience on the mal-operation blocking of smart substation are still insufficient.In this paper,according to the first smart substation with three-layer mal-operation blocking system in Ji’nan,the three-layer diagram of the mal-operation blocking is probed.The mechanism,characteristics and advantages of the bay level mal-operation blocking are particularly analyzed.Finally,a"six-step"test method,and principles of operation and maintenance of mal-operation blocking of smart substation are summarized in order to offer beneficial reference to peers.
