摘　　要：哈梅内伊外交思想的形成与其独特的人生经历和时代环境密不可分。从其外交思想的内容看,哈梅内伊既继承了霍梅尼的穆斯林大团结、输出革命、"圣战"等"政治伊斯兰"外交思想,又有发展,形成了用意识形态语言包装的民族主义思想、和平共处的国家间关系思想、形式多样的实用主义外交思想。从渊源来看,哈梅内伊的外交思想既根植于伊朗传统和文化,也有着复杂的现实根源。哈梅内伊的外交思想体现了伊斯兰革命的外交从霍梅尼时代的革命理想主义外交逐渐向哈梅内伊时代的民族主义、现实主义和实用主义外交的转变。作为当下伊朗外交的指导思想,哈梅内伊的外交思想对伊朗能够立足于中东高度复杂的国际环境,对保证国家安全和稳定起到了关键作用。在可以预见的未来,不管最高领袖职位人选如何变化,哈梅内伊的外交思想核心将得以延续。The formation of Khamenei’s diplomatic thoughts is closely related to his special life,learning and governing experience.As for the arguments,Khamenei’s diplomatic thoughts are based on the succession of Khomeini’s great unity of Muslims,exportation of revolution,Jihad and other“political Islam”diplomatic ideas,combined with nationalistic and pragmatist tendencies.A close survey of their origins shows they are rooted in Iranian cultural traditions,complex historic circumstances and intellectual heritage of Khomeini.As the guideline for current Iranian diplomacy,Khamenei’s diplomatic thoughts have played a key role for Iran in laying the basis on the highly complex international environment in the Middle East and ensuring national security and stability.In the foreseeable future,Khamenei’s diplomatic thoughts will continue to be the guiding thoughts for Iran’s diplomacy,regardless of changes in the candidateship for the top leader.
