摘　　要：志愿服务是大学生精神文明建设的有效载体,它能有效提升大学生的思想政治素养、道德素养与科技文化素养。抓好大学生志愿服务,进一步提升大学生的精神文明素养必须从引导志愿者端正思想认识、加强教育培训,完善管理制度、加大支持力度入手。Voluntary service is an effective carrier for the construction of college students’spiritual quality,for it can effectively promote the ideological and political quality,moral quality,scientific and technological quality of college students.To do a good job in voluntary service of college students and to further enhance their spiritual literacy,we must guide volunteers to form a correct ideological understanding,strengthen their training,improve the management system and increase the support of the school.
