摘 要:针对混凝土渠道衬砌结构的受水力冲刷引起衬砌结构破坏,导致混凝土渠道失去输水功能,尤其是对于深厚软弱地基中渠道,造成渠道整体坍塌破坏及周围坝体失稳,提出采用玄武岩纤维加筋混凝土对深厚软弱地基渠道进行衬砌,对纤维加筋混凝土的力学性质开展试验研究。研究结果表明:玄武岩纤维掺加能提高混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度以及抗折强度,最大增幅分别可达4.00 MPa、1.80 MPa、1.50 MPa,有效提高纤维混凝土的韧性及抗裂性。利用现场监测的玄武岩纤维加筋混凝土衬砌板裂缝数据资料,得到纤维加筋混凝土能够提高混凝土抗裂性,对于深厚软弱地基渠道具有良好的防护能力。In view of the failure of lining structure caused by the hydraulic erosion of the concrete channel,leading to the loss of water transfer function of the concrete channels,especially for deep soft foundation channels,resulting in the collapse of the entire channel and instability of surrounding dam body.The basalt fiber reinforced concrete was proposed to lining deep soft foundation channels,and the mechanical properties of fiber reinforced concrete were experimentally studied.The results showed that the addition of basalt fiber could improve the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete,and the maximum increase could respectively reach 4.00MPa,1.80MPa and 1.50MPa,which could effectively improve the toughness and crack resistance of the fiber concrete.According to the field monitoring data of lining plate crack in the basalt fiber reinforced concrete,it was found that fiber reinforced concrete could improve the crack resistance of concrete,and had good protection capabilities for deep soft foundation channels.
