摘　　要：采用1台三菱公司FX3U系列PLC做主站,4台空压机的控制PLC FX2N做从站,通过三菱PLC N:N网络的通讯方式,实现主站FX3U PLC对4台从站空压机的运行数据实时采集以及空压机的自动控制功能。主站PLC通过以太网通讯的方式与上位机进行数据通讯,上位机采用西门子Win CC软件进行系统画面组态,显示空压机运行及操作信息。通过主站PLC编写的自动控制程序实现空压机根据用气量自动启停,实现以自动控制为主、远程干预控制为辅的控制方式,最大限度降低人的干预,实现空压机站无人值守。This project uses 1 FX3U series PLC as the master station,control PLC FX2N of 4 air compressors as slave station and realizes the real-time collection of the operation data of 4 slave air compressors by the main station FX3U PLC and the automatic control function of the air compressor through the communication mode of MITSUBISHI PLC N:N network.The main station PLC communicates with the host computer through Ethernet communication,the upper computer uses Wincc software of SIEMENS to configure the system screen and shows the operation and operation information of the air compressor.The automatic control program written by the master station PLC achieves automatic start and stop of the air compressor according to gas consumption,while the control mode of remote intervention control is auxiliary,to reduce human intervention as much as possible and achieve unattended operation of air compressor station.
