高炉软水密闭循环系统自动控制方案研究

摘　　要：结合在方大特钢科技股份有限公司新2~#1050 m^3高炉工程软水密闭循环系统中PLC控制技术的应用,总结了高炉软水密闭循环系统的自动控制方案,包括供水泵组的备用自投连锁控制和高炉本体膨胀罐的连锁控制。Combining with the application of PLC control technology in the soft water closed circulating system of Fangda Special Steel’s NO.2 blast furnace,the paper summarizes automatic control programs of soft water closed circulating system for blast furnaces,including the standby automatic put-in interlock control of feed-water pump unit and interlock control of expansion tank in blast furnace.
