摘 要:规模化、高渗透率的分布式电源接入是未来配电网发展的重要方向。有效的电压控制技术可以在保障系统安全稳定的前提下,提高分布式电源渗透率,降低网损和改善电压质量。为适应大规模分布式电源出力的间歇性和不确定性,有源配电网电压控制技术已成为当前研究的热点。分析了分布式电源接入对配电网电压的影响;从被动电压控制和主动电压控制两个方面总结了有源配电网的电压控制方法。结合当前的研究现状分析,总结了各配电网电压控制模式的适用范围及特点,继而指出有源配电网电压控制技术发展需解决的几个问题。The connection of high penetration and large-scale distributed generators to the distribution network has become an important trend in the development of the distribution network.The effective voltage control technology can improve the permeability of the distributed power supply,reduce the network loss and improve the voltage quality on the premise of ensuring the safety and stability of the system.In order to adapt the intermittency and volatility of DG,the voltage control technology of active distribution network has become a hot spot of current research.The influences of DG access on the voltage distribution and voltage stability of distribution network are reviewed.The voltage control method of active distribution network is summarized from two aspects of passive voltage control and active voltage control.According to an analysis of the current research status,the characteristics of voltage control of active distribution network under different control modes are briefly treated.Some problems in research on the active distribution network voltage control method are pointed out.
