摘　　要：介绍了一种送料自动线上料单元的控制系统,以PLC为核心进行系统的硬件和软件设计。阐述了上料单元的结构、工作原理,详细设计了PLC控制程序和HMI监控程序,实现了送料自动线自动上料、检测和监控等功能。This paper introduces a feeding unit control system in automatic line which is based on PLC for hardware development and software design.It describes the configuration and working principle of the system.It achieves the functions such as automatic feeding,detection and monitor in the automatic feeding unit by detailedly designing the PLC control program and HMI monitoring program.
