摘 要:随着钻井工艺及技术的不断提高,每口井的纯钻井时间占整个钻井周期的比例不断下降,而拆卸、移运、安装时间所占的比例越来越大,因此要求设计出一种拆装便捷、移运高效的直升机吊装模块化钻机。通过模块化井架的具体施工环境,对井架的底座进行了设计计算,确定了底座的形式,对底座的载荷进行了计算。通过ANSYS有限元法进行模态分析,确定了影响底座的振动部件,对改进提供了参考。利用试验对钻机的性能进行了分析。With the development of modern industry and the improvement of people's living standard,a shortage situation of crude oil demand,rising oil prices,countries all over the world to find and exploit new reservoir,including before looking into,and transportation conditions are not satisfied to the mining area,such as in some remote mountain areas,islands,desert and jungle hinterland.Based on the specific construction environment of modular derrick,the design and calculation of the derrick's base are carried out.The form of the base is determined,and the load of the base is calculated.The modal analysis is carried out by the ANSYS finite element method,and the vibration components that affect the base are determined,and the reference is provided for the improvement.The construction of the base is tested by the test.
