摘 要:基于动力学场力作功原理,通过理论上可能存在的几种典型结构形式,指出并分析了多轨道马赛克自动铺贴机设计中存在着颗粒入轨不匀、易卡顿及下滑控制难等先天不足的问题,论证了单轨道马赛克自动铺贴机的合理性,并介绍了采用单轨道+2轴CNC运动平台的设计方案和要点,对于开发马赛克自动铺贴机有参考价值。Based on the principle of dynamic field work,several typical structural forms that may exist in theory are analyzed.Points out and makes analysis on several problems that include particles might slide non-uniformly into the slides,be easily choked and be difficultly controlled in motion to the design scheme of mosaic automatic paving machine that uses multiple sliding-slots according to principles of field-force doing work in dynamics,and then demonstrates the rationality of designing a mosaic automatic paving machine using single sliding-slot and introduces an design scheme and key-points to design the automatic paving machine by applying single sliding-slot plus 2-axles CNC motion-table.The article is of valuable reference in developing mosaic automatic paving machines.
