摘　　要：研究设计一种塑料容器件产品静电消除机。针对在生产工程中叠堆成条的杯、碗、盖等容器件产品消除静电去尘的要求,利用变距螺杆改变物料之间的距离,实现自动分离、高效消除静电后再堆叠成条生产过程,避免人为污染杯、碗、盖等容器件产品,自动化程度及工作效率高。为了配合生产线中其他设备的配套使用,支架升降装置、送料装置、电气装置等设置齐全,使用、调整方便快捷。Research and design a static elimination machine for plastic container parts.In the production process for stack into a cup,bowl,cover the container products eliminate electrostatic dust removal requirements,the use of variable pitch screw material to change the distance between the automatic separation and efficient elimination of static electricity after stacked into production process,to avoid man-made pollution cup,bowl,cover and other volume device products.The degree of automation and high working efficiency.In order to meet the supporting use of other equipment in the production line,the bracket lifting device,feeding device and electrical device are all set up,and the use and adjustment are convenient and quick.
