摘 要:目前EHPS系统的测试主要是使用台架模拟行车状态试验装置完成,在拆装、测量范围和模拟实车工况,尤其是在检测汽车转向系统故障方面存在一定不足。开展对EHPS转向油泵测试系统的研究具有重大意义。依据中华人民共和国汽车行业标准,研究了性能测试技术和方法,研制了针对EHPS系统转向油泵测试方案,可完成EHPS系统转向油泵的完全工况的性能测试,结构简单。At present,the test of EHPS system is mainly accomplished by using the bench simulation running state test device.There are some deficiencies in the disassembly and assembly,the measurement range and the actual vehicle working condition,especially in detecting the steering system faults.It is of great significance to carry out the research on the test system of EHPS steering oil pump.According to People's Republic of China automotive industry standard,the performance testing technology and method were studied,and the steering oil pump test plan for EHPS system was developed,which can complete the performance test of EHPS system steering oil pump under complete working condition,and the structure is simple.
