摘  要:针对目前自动化产线中串行通信存在的传输距离短、实时性差等问题,提出一种基于ENC28J60芯片的分布式数据采集单元设计及扩展方案。简要介绍了主控制器STM32、以太网芯片ENC28J60基本参数及工作性能,在此基础上重点研究了主控制器及以太网芯片外围硬件电路的设计;参照剪裁的TCP/IP协议对软件程序进行设计并通过实验验证了数据采集单元的实用性;以百兆以太网交换机为平台实现多数据采集单元的可扩展性设计,为传感器节点受限提供解决思路。实验分析证明:基于ENC28J60的可扩展分布式数据采集单元具有体积小、实时性强、开发成本低等优点,十分适合用于自动化产线对海量数据的高效、稳定、实时获取。This paper presents a distributed data acquisition unit design and expansion scheme based on the ENC28J60 chip,aiming at the short transmission distance and poor real-time performance of the serial communication in the current automation production line.This article briefly introduces the main controller STM32,Ethernet chip ENC28J60 basic parameters and performance,on this basis,the design of peripheral hardware circuit of main controller and Ethernet chip is mainly studied;according to the tailored TCP/IP protocol for software programs,the practicability of the data acquisition unit has been verified through the experiments.With the Fast Ethernet switch as the platform,the scalable design of multiple data acquisition units was designed to provide solutions to the problem of sensor nodes being limited.The experimental analysis shows that the scalable distributed data acquisition unit based on ENC28J60 has the advantages of small size,high real-time performance and low development cost.It is very suitable for the efficient,stable and real-time acquisition of massive data by the automated production line.
