摘　　要：梯形螺纹副是机械行业中用于各种传动机构中的一种典型的传导螺纹副,一般其螺纹的内、外螺纹成对出现。以梯形螺纹副为例,通过分析梯形螺纹的结构和基本要素,介绍梯形螺纹车刀和梯形螺纹常用加工方法,结合实例探讨基于FANUC系统的梯形螺纹副的加工工艺、编程方法和加工要点。The trapezoidal thread pair is a typical transmission thread in the machinery industry used in all kinds of transmission mechanism.In general,the inner and outer thread pair appear in pairs.Trapezoidal thread pair,for example,this study through the analysis of the structure and basic elements,introduction of thread turning tool and the trapezoidal thread processing methods,combined with case study based on FANUC system vice of trapezoidal thread processing technology,programming methods and processing points.
