摘　　要：数控珩磨自动生产线是众多汽车生产厂家必备的珩磨加工设备,该类型生产线可一次连续完成缸体的复合加工,包括珩前检测、粗珩加工、精珩加工、珩后检测以及水平内孔的卧珩加工等,能高效完成多孔缸体珩磨加工,提高加工精度。当前国内汽车厂家使用的数控珩磨自动生产线全部由进口产品垄断,价格昂贵。以调研国内数控珩磨自动生产线为基础,介绍了数控珩磨自动线的应用现状,供相关人员参考。CNC honing automatic production line is a lot of car manufacturers necessary honing processing equipment,this production line can be a continuous compound processing of the cylinder,including the detection before honing,roughing processing,fine honing processing,the detection after honing and horizontal hole Lying Heng processing,etc.,can efficiently complete the porous cylinder honing processing,improve processing accuracy.The current domestic auto manufacturers use CNC honing automatic production line all by the monopoly of imported products,expensive.In this paper,the domestic CNC honing automatic production line as the basis,introduced the application of CNC honing automatic line of the status quo for the relevant personnel reference.
