摘 要:通过分析传统模拟式相控触发电路的优缺点,设计一种适用于三相全控桥式整流器的数字式移相触发器。该触发器以单片机(MCU)为核心,主要包括同步电路、脉冲形成和脉冲功率放大等单元。实验结果分析表明:该数字式移相触发器具有较高的对称性、精确性、稳定性和可靠性,已在同步发电机励磁系统上投入工程应用。Analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional analog phase controlled trigger circuit,on this basis,a digital phase shift trigger suitable for three-phase full controlled bridge rectifier is designed.The trigger is based on single chip microcomputer(MCU),it mainly includes synchronous circuit,pulse forming,pulse power amplification and other units.The experimental results show that the digital trigger has high symmetry,accuracy,stability and reliability.The trigger has been put into engineering in the excitation system of synchronous generator.
