摘　　要：目的探讨锁边缝合技术联合关节镜检查治疗急性髌骨脱位的方法与疗效。方法选取2015年1月—2017年1月收治的26例单侧急性髌骨脱位的患者,给予锁边缝合联合关节镜检治疗。结果术后随访5~24个月,所有患者均获得随访,术后均无髌骨脱位复发,关节活动度均在正常范围内,1例患者膝关节屈伸活动可闻及弹响,不影响行走及日常活动。术后影像测量,Q角(12.0±4.8)°,术后Lysholm评分(92.0±1.4)分。结论锁边缝合联合关节镜检治疗急性髌骨脱位,手术创伤小,花费少,疗效满意。Objective To explore the method and effect of suture combined with arthroscopy in the treatment of acute patellar dislocation.Methods 26 patients with unilateral acute dislocation of the patella from January 2015 to January 2017 who were treated with side closure suture combined with arthroscopy were select.Results All patients were followed up for 5 to 24 months after operation.There was no recurrence of patellar dislocation after operation.The joint activity was within the normal range.1 cases of knee joint flexion and extension could be heard and ringing,without affecting walking and daily activities.Postoperative imaging measurement,Q angle(12.0±4.8)°,postoperative Lysholm score(92.0±1.4).Conclusion Suture combined with arthroscopy in the treatment of acute patellar dislocation has less trauma,less cost and satisfactory effect.
