探讨急性心肌梗死合并急性左心室心力衰竭临床治疗效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析急性心肌梗死合并急性左心室心力衰竭(左心衰)患者接受二硝酸异山梨酯治疗的临床效果。方法 2015年4月—2016年4月我院对急性心肌梗死合并左心衰患者42例开展了分析研究,为患者提供了常规治疗和静滴二硝酸异山梨酯治疗,10天一个疗程,对患者接受3天治疗和10天治疗时的心功能情况进行对比分析。结果治疗3天时,有29例患者的左心衰射血分数(LVEF)提升,8例患者尿钠肽(BNP)下降超过20%;治疗10天时,有36例患者的LVEF上升,有15例患者的BNP降低超过20%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死合并左心衰使用二硝酸异山梨酯治疗的效果突出,患者的不良反应少,心功能改善明显。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of isosorbide dinitrate in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with acute left heart failure.Methods From April 2015 to April 2016,42 patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with left heart failure were analyzed and studied.The patients were treated with routine treatment and intravenous drip of isosorbide dinitrate,a course of 10 days,and the heart function of patients receiving 3 days of treatment and 10 days of treatment was compared and analyzed.Results At three days,there were 29 patients with left heart failure ejection fraction(LVEF),8 patients with urinary natriuretic peptide(BNP)decreased by more than 20%,36 patients with LVEF increased at 10 days,and 15 patients decreased more than 20%of BNP,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acute myocardial infarction with left heart failure with two isosorbide dinitrate is very effective.The adverse reaction of the patients is less,the heart function is improved obviously.
