地奥司明联合坦索罗辛治疗输尿管结石疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨地奥司明在治疗远端输尿管结石的效果。方法纳入2016年6月—2017年5月在福建省立金山医院就诊的远端输尿管结石患者80例,将其随机分成为两组。坦索罗辛组给予每日坦索罗辛0.2 mg治疗,坦索罗辛+地奥司明组给予每日坦索罗辛0.2 mg+地奥司明900 mg治疗。药物维持至结石排出或持续2周。记录患者排石时间、肾绞痛及膀胱刺激征,并计算两组患者结石排出率。结果坦索罗辛+地奥司明组结石排出时间低于坦索罗辛组结石排出时间[(7.68±2.54)d vs.(9.27±2.46)d,P=0.011]。两组患者的结石排出率、肾绞痛发生率及膀胱刺激征发生率差异无统计学意义(94.7%vs.86.5%,P=0.262;18.4%vs.29.7%,P=0.289;18.4%vs.24.3%,P=0.583)。结论地奥司明联合坦索罗辛可促进输尿管远端结石的排出。Objective To investigate the effect of diosmin combined with tamsulosin in the treatment of distal ureteral calculi.Methods 80 patients with distal ureteral calculi who were treated in Fujian Provincial Jinshan Hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.Tamsulosin group was given tamsulosin 0.2 mg daily,while tamsulosin combined with Diosmin group was given tamsulosin 0.2 mg and diosmin 900 mg daily.The drugs were maintained until stones were discharged or lasted for 2 weeks.The stone expulsion time,renal colic and bladder irritation sign were recorded,and the stone discharge rate of the two groups was calculated.Results The excretion time of diosmin combined with tamsulosin group was significantly lower than that of tamsulosin group[(7.68±2.54)d vs.(9.27±2.46)d,P=0.011].However,there were no statistically significant differences in stone excretion rate,incidence of renal colic and bladder irritation between the two groups(94.7%vs.86.5%,P=0.262;18.4%vs.29.7%,P=0.289;18.4%vs.24.3%,P=0.583).Conclusion Diosmin combined with tamsulosin can effectively promote the discharge of distal ureteral calculi.
