雌激素联合甲硝唑阴道给药治疗萎缩性阴道炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨雌激素联合甲硝唑阴道给药治疗萎缩性阴道炎的疗效。方法选取100例萎缩性阴道炎患者并随机数字表法分组。对照组单一给予甲硝唑阴道给药治疗,联合组在对照组基础上进行雌激素治疗。结果联合组萎缩性阴道炎改善率高于对照组,P<0.05;联合组临床不同症状消失时间短于对照组,P<0.05。干预前两组情感功能、生理功能相近,P>0.05;干预后联合组情感功能、生理功能优于对照组,P<0.05。两组均无明显副作用。结论雌激素联合甲硝唑阴道给药治疗萎缩性阴道炎的疗效及安全性高。Objective To investigate the effect of estrogen combined with metronidazole in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis.Methods 100 patients with atrophic vaginitis were selected and divided into random numbers.The control group was given a single metronidazole vaginal administration,and the combined group was treated with estrogen on the basis of the control group.Results The improvement rate of amyotrophic vaginitis in the combined group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;The disappearance time of different clinical symptoms in the combined group was shorter than that of the control group,P<0.05.Before intervention,the emotional function and physiological function of the two groups were similar,P>0.05,and the emotional function and physiological function of the combined group were better than the control group,P<0.05.There was no obvious side effect in the two groups.Conclusion The efficacy and safety of estrogen combined with metronidazole in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis is high.
