摘　　要：目的探讨临床尿常规分析前质量控制的影响因素,提高尿液检测结果的准确性。方法选取我院2017年9月—2018年2月门诊、住院及体检中心的尿常规标本23 549例,其中不合格645例,不合格率为2.74%,对不合格标本进行详细记录,并对其造成的原因进行分析。结果 645例不合格尿液标本中门诊患者246例(38.14%),住院患者262例(40.62%),体检中心体检人员137例(21.24%)。结论在实验过程中注重尿液分析前质量控制,能够明显提高尿液检测结果的准确性,为临床提供准确的参考依据。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of quality control before routine urine analysis and to improve the accuracy of urine test results.Methods 23 549 cases of urine routine in outpatient,inpatient and physical examination centers were selected from September 2017 to February 2018,of which 645 cases were unqualified and 2.74%were unqualified.The cause of the failure was analyzed.Results 246 outpatients(38.14%),262 inpatients(40.62%)and 137 medical examination personnel(21.24%)were found in 645 unqualified urine specimens.Conclusion The quality control before urine analysis can obviously improve the accuracy of urine test results and provide accurate reference for clinic.
