摘　　要：目的探讨颅内血肿穿刺侧脑室引流治疗脑出血的护理干预。方法将2016年3月—2018年2月90例脑出血患者随机数字表法分组,所有患者用颅内血肿穿刺侧脑室引流治疗,对照组施行常规化护理干预,实验组应用全面护理。比较两组脑出血患者对护理服务满意度;住院时间、意识恢复时间;护理前后患者心理状态、神经功能;肺功能衰竭等脑出血并发症发生率。结果实验组脑出血患者对护理服务满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;实验组住院时间、意识恢复时间优于对照组,P<0.05;护理前两组心理状态、神经功能相近,P>0.05;护理后实验组心理状态、神经功能优于对照组,P<0.05。实验组肺功能衰竭等脑出血并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论全面护理在脑出血护理中的应用效果确切,可有效恢复意识和减少并发症,缩短住院时间,改善患者神经功能和心理状态,提升满意度。Objective To investigate the nursing intervention care of intracranial hematoma puncture lateral cerebral ventricle for cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Randomized digital table of 90 patients with cerebral hemorrhage from March 2016 to February 2018 were divided into groups.All patients were treated with intracranial hematoma puncture and lateral ventricle drainage.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention.The experimental group was treated with comprehensive care.The satisfaction of nursing care in patients with cerebral hemorrhage;the length of hospital stay and consciousness recovery;the psychological state and neurological function of the patients before and after nursing;and the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage complications such as pulmonary failure were compared between the two groups.Results Satisfaction of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in experimental group was higher than that of control group,P<0.05.The hospitalization time and consciousness recovery time in experimental group were better than those in control group,P<0.05.The psychological state and neurological function were similar in both groups before nursing.P>0.05;After the nursing,the psychological state and neurological function of the experimental group were better than the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications of cerebral hemorrhage such as pulmonary failure in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing has an exact application in cerebral hemorrhage nursing.It can effectively restore consciousness and reduce complications,shorten hospital stay,improve patients'neurological and psychological status,and improve satisfaction.
