快速康复护理应用于腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术围手术期106例分析

摘　　要：目的观察和研究经腹腔镜进行腹股沟疝修补术后患者围术期护理中应用快速康复护理的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月至2017年3月该院收治的需进行腹股沟疝修补术患者106例作为研究对象,分为研究组和对照组,两组53例。对照组予以常规围手术期护理。研究组在常规围手术期护理基础上融入快速康复外科(FTS)理念。对比两组患者术后恢复情况及护理满意度的不同。结果研究组患者第1次下床活动时间[(8.32±2.31)h]、第1次肛门开始排气时间[(22.24±4.32)h]均明显早于对照组[分别为(20.21±3.12)、(36.24±5.21)h],术后前3 d疼痛视觉模拟评分[(4.5±0.13)分]均明显低于对照组[(7.4±0.82)分],护理满意度[94.34%(50/53)]明显优于对照组[47.17%(25/53)],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹股沟疝患者围术期护理中融入FTS理念有利于减轻患者不适,促进患者恢复健康,提高生活质量,值得临床使用。Objective To observe and study the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with inguinal hernia after laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.Methods 106 patients who need inguinal hernia repair in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were studied.They were divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group,with two cases in each group,53 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing.Test group:the concept of rapid rehabilitation was integrated on the basis of routine nursing.After the two groups of patients after different nursing,their postoperative recovery and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results Different nursing mode of patients in the two groups after the first ambulation of patients in the experimental group(P=0.0039)and the first exhaust time(P=0.0015)were earlier than the control group,the VAS scale score on the pain of the patients;postoperative three days before the pain scores were lower than the control group(P=0.0023).The nursing satisfaction was significantly better than the control group(P=0.0015),significantly,P<0.05.Conclusion The perioperative nursing of patients with inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2016 is integrated into the concept of March 2017,which is conducive to relieving patients′discomfort,promoting their recovery and improving their quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
