摘 要:传统的电极加工编程需要人工对放电的代码进行现场编写,缺乏一定的严谨性,对于电极的加工存在耗时长、过多的依赖人工等问题,为此,对铸造阶段的电极加工自动编程过程进行研究。对电极加工特征进行提取并分析,得出电极表面分布情况;其次构建电极加工编制流程图,并对其进行说明。实验结果证明,电极加工自动编程速度比传统铸造阶段的电极编程速度快,降低了误差,使编程的资源发挥最大的作用。The traditional manual electrode machining program code written on the discharge site,the lack of rigor,the electrode processing is time-consuming,too much reliance on artificial problems,therefore,to study the electrode automatic programming for machining of casting process stage.The electrode machining characteristics are extracted and analyzed,and the electrode surface distribution is obtained.Secondly,the flow chart of electrode fabrication is constructed and explained.The experimental results show that the automatic programming speed of electrode machining is faster than that of the traditional casting stage,and the error is reduced,and the programming resources play the most important role.
