摘 要:利用低成本聚氯乙烯(PVC)作为分散相、高韧性热塑性聚氨酯(PUR-T)作为连续相,以熔融共混方法制备出PUR-T/PVC合金,经过实验对比与配方优化,制备出的PUR-T/PVC合金具有低成本、较高的拉伸强度与韧性、较广的硬度范围以及良好的阻燃性能。针对PUR-T/PVC合金材料发烟量较大的缺点,引入了表面改性水合氧化铝(ATH)/聚磷酸铵(APP)复配阻燃体系,实验表明,该复配阻燃体系对PUR-T/PVC合金具有一定增韧作用的同时,能够起到较好的抑烟作用,并进一步提升了合金的阻燃性能。经过测试与配方优化,PUR-T添加量为70份、PVC为30份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为6份,复配阻燃剂(改性ATH与改性APP质量比为1∶2)添加量为60份时,PUR-T/PVC合金的综合性能最佳,其拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和撕裂强度分别达到23.84MPa,387.18%和86.4N/mm,极限氧指数为32.87%,垂直燃烧等级达到V–0级别,烟密度等级降至52。Thermoplastic polyurethane(PUR-T)/polyvinyl chloride(PVC)alloys were prepared by melt blending and using low cost PVC as dispersed phase and high toughness PUR-T as continuous phase.After experiment comparison and optimization of formula,the prepared PUR-T/PVC alloys have low cost,high tensile strength and toughness,wider range of hardness and good flame retardancy.In view of the shortcomings of the large amount of smoke in the alloys,the surface modified alumina trihydrate(ATH)/ammonium polyphosphate(APP)compound flame retardant system was introduced.The experiment results show that the compound flame retardant system has a certain toughening effect on the alloys and can play a better anti smoke effect,and further improves the flame retardancy of the alloys.After the test and formula optimization,adding PUR-T with 70 phr,PVC with 30 phr,dioctyl phthalate with 6 phr,and compound flame retardant with 60 phr(APP/ATH=1/2),PUR-T/PVC alloy has the best comprehensive properties,the tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength are 23.84 MPa,387.18%and 86.4 N/mm,the limit oxygen index is 32.87%,the vertical burning grade is V–0 grade,the smoke density grade also down to 52.
