摘  要:为了研究改性聚碳酸酯(PC)注射成型中水气、困气、分解气导致的试样表面料花的形成过程,应用二次元影像测量仪、傅立叶变换显微红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜–能谱仪对5种改性PC试样表面的料花进行分析,根据得到的形貌可以明显看出料花在注射成型过程中形成细节;另外利用扫描电子显微镜–能谱仪对困气形成的料花进行元素分析,发现料花区域的元素种类与正常位置有明显差异,进一步验证了不同原因形成料花的差异。该方法对改性PC注塑成型中的料花形成过程进行了可视化研究并通过形貌分析对不同原因导致的料花进行了鉴别,完善了注射成型缺陷利用仪器分析表征的手段,对于其它注射成型缺陷的验证具有借鉴意义。In order to study the process of formation of splay caused by water vapor,trapped gas,and decomposition gas in injection molding of modified polycarbonate(PC),Secondary element image measuring instrument,Fourier transform microscopy infrared spectrometer,scanning electron microscope-energy spectrometer(SEM–EDS)have been used for analysis splay defects of the surfaces of 5 modified PC samples,and it can be clearly seen the formation process of splay in the injection molding from the obtained morphology.In addition,the elemental analysis of the trapped gas formation was performed using SEM–EDS.The type of elements found in the splay area is significantly different from the normal position which have further validated the differences in the formation of splay by different factors.The method verifies the visualization of the formation process of the splay in the injection molding process of the modified PC,identifies the different splay by different causes through the morphology analysis,and the analysis of injection molding defects by instrument is improved.It has guiding significance for the verification of other injection molding defects.
