大数据时代体育公共服务供给侧改革研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对大数据环境下体育公共服务的供给侧改革问题进行研究。结论:结合大数据的传播特点进行体育公共服务的供给侧改革,有利于解决供给主体单一、供给结构失衡等供需错位现象。建议:体育公共服务的供给侧改革由政府主导转向社会力量,利用新媒体技术整合体育公共服务的框架,创新"雷达式"的智能追踪方法,提供专属运动"处方"等,旨在探索与"健康中国"战略目标相匹配的体育公共服务供给侧改革措施。Using the methods of literature reviews and logic analysis,this paper studies the supplyside reform of sports public service under the big data environment.The conclusions are as follows:the supply-side reform of sports public service combined with the dissemination characteristics of big data is helpful to solve the supply-demand dislocation phenomena such as single supple subject and unbalanced supply structure.The suggestions are listed below:The supply-side reform of sports public service will shift from government-led to social forces,integrate the framework of sports public with new media technology to innovate“radar”intelligent tracking methods,and provide exclusive sports"prescriptions",aiming to explore the solutions on the supply-side of sports public service that match the strategic goal of"healthy China".
