我国高山滑雪竞技赛事发展路径研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、田野调查和逻辑分析等方法,以中国滑雪协会于2005-2017年间组织的各类高山滑雪竞技赛事为研究对象。主要结论:以北京冬奥会"办赛要精彩"的目标审视我国高山滑雪赛事,系统梳理高山滑雪赛事发展中存在的6个方面的短板,即:赛事目标不明确、组织管理弱化、项目设置本土化和单一化、赛事基础设施保障不充分、赛事组织人才支撑薄弱和赛事影响力不足。改进措施:在赛事发展目标、科学管理、自主发展、组织建设、扩大影响等5个方面提出补齐短板的举措。By means of literature review,field research and logical analysis,this paper focuses on the CSA organization alpine skiing competitions from the year of 2005 to 2017.The main conclusions are as follows:Reviewing the alpine skiing competitions in the goals of holding high quality competitions of Beijing Olympic Winter Games,this study finds out that there are six weaknesses in competitions:Competition target is defined as fuzzy,the management needs to be improved,project settings seems localization and looks like simple in assumptions,the competitions infrastructure are not enough,organization of supports was weak and lack of influence.The article suggests five aspects requires to be illustrated for making up weaknesses:the goals of competition,the scientific management,the independent development,the organization’s construction and expansion in terms of competition influence.
