精准扶贫视域下运动休闲特色小镇建设路径研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法等对运动休闲特色小镇的理念内涵、作用机制、现实困境和建设路径进行阐释。认为:目前贫困区域运动休闲特色小镇建设存在诸多挑战,如管理效能低弱、贫困村民惯性意识难以克服、贫困人口识别与评估回路隔阂、各方利益复杂牵制。建议:把握精准扶贫整体谋划,突出因地制宜设计;立足体育赛事,培育体育特色产业链;探索多模式的主体利益互动机制;引进人才,建立教育培训体制;建立智慧小镇,规避潜在风险。The paper explains the concept,mechanism,dilemma in development and construction path of the town with sports and leisure characteristics by using the methods of literature review and data analysis.This study illustrates the construction challenges that these towns havemet,such as low efficiency in management,the consciousness of the people in poor is hard to change,the barriers to identify poor population,and complex interests from all parties that involved.Suggestions are listed as follows:Deeply understand on the overall plan of precision poverty alleviation,and take full consideration on each town's features for its special design according to local conditions;Cultivate sports characteristic industrial chain based on sports events;Explore the multi-model interaction mechanism of principal interests;introduce talents and establish education training system;Build intelligent towns to avoid potential risks.
