摘　　要：运用专家访谈法、PEST分析法等对中国冰雪体育小镇建设的宏观环境进行分析。政治环境:政策支持为冰雪体育小镇发展提供不竭动力,但相关的法规制度不健全;经济环境:国民经济发展进入新常态与人们生活水平的提高透视出小镇未来市场蕴藏巨大消费潜能;社会环境:业界社会资本关注度的持续飙升遭遇小镇建设人才和模式缺乏的困境;技术环境:互联网、大数据以及智能技术的应用为冰雪体育小镇建设提供了科学的技术保障。发展策略:立足国情,对外借鉴;推进完善政策法规;人才培育上多维结合;明确参与主体的职责。This paper analyzes the macro environment of the construction of Chinese snow and ice town by means of literature review,expert interview method and PEST analysis method.Politics:policy support provides an inexhaustible impetus for the development of snow and ice sports town.Economy:the development of national economy into the new normal state and the people's standard of life to improve the consumption potential in the future market of the town;Society:the continuing rise of social capital interest in the industry meets the shortage of talented people and models in the town.Technology:Internet,big data,and the application of the intelligent technology for ice and snow sports town construction provides scientific technical support;Therefore,the development strategy have been put forward:based on the national conditions and learning from the outside world;Get improved in policies and regulations;Focus on talent cultivation;have clear rights and duties.
