摘 要:随着风力发电机组装机容量和规模在逐年加大,累计运行时间不断增加,同时带来的风机故障检修维护问题日益突出。而"被动式检修"并不适合作为现代风电企业的主要检修维护方式。因此,对风机的运行状态进行在线监测与故障诊断是非常有必要的。掌握其运行状况并预测可能出现的故障,使风机运行更加安全、可靠。首先,该文针对风力发电机组的结构及其发电原理进行分析,其次归纳了风力发电机传动链易发生故障的主要部件,然后对基于STM32风力发电机故障监测与诊断系统设计进行简要阐述,最后给出了对风力发电机主传动链部件故障进行诊断的方法。With the capacity and scale of wind turbine assembly machines have been increasing year by year,and the cumulative operating time has been continuously increasing,at the same time,the issue of troubleshooting and maintenance of wind turbines has become increasingly prominent.The"passive maintenance"is not suitable as the main overhaul and maintenance of modern wind power companies.Therefore,the on-line fault detection and diagnosis system is required to perform real-time monitoring of the operational status of the wind turbine,master its operating conditions and predict possible faults,so that the wind turbine operation is safer and more reliable.Firstly,analyzes the structure of the wind turbine and its power generation principle,and then summarizes the main components of the wind turbine's transmission chain which are prone to failure,and then briefly describes the design of the fault monitoring and diagnosis system based on the STM32 wind turbine.Finally,the fault diagnosis method of fan drive chain is given.
