摘  要:对比二维工程图纸,三维产品模型更加直观,便于理解与交流。三维模型的造型过程具有明显的痕迹性,针对同一模型,不同设计人员采用的建模过程可能完全不同,这为后期的模型修改、维护与重用带来了现实性困难。本文以产品三维模型作为研究对象,针对产品设计要求,通过分析模型的构型特征与多层级约束关系,对产品三维模型的规范建模方法进行基础科学研究,探索一种基于设计要求的描述三维模型规范建模过程表示方法,并提出产品设计模型建模过程规范的知识推理机制。对产品建模设计过程的规范化,对产品模型的维护、修改、重用具有一定的理论意义与应用价值。3D product model is more intuitive for understanding and communication.The 3D modeling process has been traced obviously,which means that for the same model different designer would use different modeling methods.These trace would be inconvenient for the model modification,maintenance and reusing in the later.The 3D product model is been taken as the research object,and the structure feature and mutil-hierarchy constraint of modeling is analyzed according to the requirement of product designing.The basically scientific research is being made for the normatively modeling methods of 3D product model,which is based on the design requirements.The specification knowledge reasoning mechanisms of modeling process of product design have been proposed.The research results will be significantly and valuable in theoretically and practically for the design process standardization of the product modeling,model maintenance and reconstruction.
