家庭病床护理对老年慢性疾病患者生活质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨家庭病床护理对老年慢性疾病患者生活质量的影响。方法:抽取2016年9月-2018年2月在福田区社康服务就诊的78例慢性疾病老年患者,按照随机原则分为两组,每组39例。观察组患者采取家庭病床护理,对照组患者采取常规社区护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果:观察组患者护理干预后躯体功能、生理功能、社会功能及精神心理等生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,护理总满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭病床护理能够有效改善老年慢性疾病患者生活质量,满足患者护理需求,建议临床推广应用。Objective:To analyze the influence of family sickbed nursing on the quality of life of senile patients with chronic diseases.Method:A total of 78 senile patients diagnosed with chronic disease in our hospital from April 2017 to February 2018 were involved in this research.They were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases in each group.The patients of observation group received family sickbed nursing,and the patients in control group received routine community nursing.Nursing efficiency was compared in two groups.Result:After intervention,the physical,physiological,social and mental psychology function scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,and nursing satisfaction was obviously higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family sickbed nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of senile patients with chronic diseases,which meets patients’nursing demand,and recommend clinical popularization and application.
