摘　　要：在分析世界著名湾区经济发展的基础上,梳理世界著名三大湾区科技创新的成功经验,并从历史演进的角度凝练出湾区经济的主要发展路径。通过对比研究发现,开放的经济结构、具有国际竞争力的特色产业、强大的原始创新能力和国际化的创新网络是大湾区科技创新发展的重要特征。世界著名湾区的发展路径和趋势特征充分印证全球科技创新是湾区发展的核心属性。World-class bay area is a gathering place for high-tech companies,popular startups,top manufacturing fi rms and fi rstclass universities.This paper conducts a study on the analysis of the successful experience of the world’s three bay areas’scientifi c and technological innovation,based on the economic growth.From the perspective of historical evolution,world famous bay area usually experiences four stages of economic development.The major fi ndings indicate that,opening-up economy,characteristic industrial competitiveness,powerful initial innovation capability and global innovation network are the key common features of world-class bay areas.The development path and common features of the world famous bay area have fully verifi ed that,global scientifi c and technological innovation is the core attribute to the development of the bay area.
