摘　　要：为突破电子元器件产业关键核心技术,形成整体的创新优势,肇庆市通过培育高端新型电子元器件产业知识产权联盟以应对未来潜在风险。文章围绕该产业知识产权联盟建设过程中的筹备建立、战略规划、建设措施、发展机制四方面进行分析研究。In order to break through the key core technology of the electronic component industry and form the overall innovation advantage,Zhaoqing city deals with the potential risk in the future by cultivating the intellectual property alliance of high-end new electronic component industry.This article focuses on four aspects in the process of intellectual property alliance construction,including the preparatory establishment,strategic planning,construction measures and development mechanism.
