摘 要:大型雨水泵房流道中流态不稳定是有别于中小型雨水泵站的一个较突出问题(重者会引起叶轮气蚀,损坏水泵)。其根本原因来自于大型雨水泵通常采用轴流泵或混流泵,而叶轮旋转过程中对水流具有较高要求。解决好流道中水流紊流问题,对大型雨水泵站稳定运行至关重要。近年来,随着中心城区防汛标准的提高,大型雨水泵站明显增多。因此,通过剖析典型的设计案例,借助于最直观的水力模型试验,分析泵房从进水至出水各个环节的水流状态,总结出优化流道的具体方法,对今后大型雨水泵站的设计具有借鉴意义。The instability of flow state in the flow passage of large storm water pump room is a prominent problem different from that of medium&small storm water pump stations(the serious ones will cause air corrosion of the impeller and damage the pump).The root cause is that the large-scale rain pump usually adopts the axial flow pump or the mixed flow pump,while the impeller rotation process has higher requirements on the water flow.It is very important to solve the problem of turbulent flow in the flow passage.In recent years,with the improvement of flood control standards in central urban areas,large rainwater pumping stations have increased significantly.Therefore,by analyzing the typical design cases and relying on the most intuitive hydraulic model test,the current state of each link of the pump room from the inlet to the outlet is analyzed,and the specific method of optimizing the flow passage is summarized,which is of reference significance for the design of large rainwater pumping station in the future.
