辽宁省种公牛站不同品种种公牛产精性能的对比分析

摘　　要：为了解不同品种种公牛的产精性能,对辽育白牛、西门塔尔牛和利木赞牛的相关生产资料进行分析。结果显示,不同品种牛的各月、季度平均次采精精子数与有效精子数的变化基本上都是围绕某一固定值上下波动。有效精子数的变化曲线基本上与精子数的变化曲线相一致。不管是季度还是年的平均次采精精子数和有效精子数,辽育白牛的最高(P<0.05),西门塔尔牛的最差(P<0.05)。The related production data of Liaoyu white bull,Simmental bull and Limousin bull were analyzed to detect the capability in producing sperm.The results showed that the changes of the average sperm count and the effective sperm count in one ejaculate of different breeds of bull in each month and year were mostly fluctuated around a fixed value.And the change curve of effective sperm count was basically consistent with the change curve of sperm count.The average sperm count and the effective sperm count in one ejaculate of Liaoyu white bull was the best(P<0.05)no matter in each month or year,and the Simmental bull was the worst(P<0.05).
